Our written evaluation will outline all potential problem areas and categorise them as follows:
High Priority -- those problems which pose the most severe barrier to access and are most likely to expose you to legal liability under accessibility legislation. These problems should be addressed immediately.
Medium Priority -- those accessibility problems or issues which should be addressed in the near future which may increase your exposure to legal liability under accessibility legislation. These problems should be addressed, but may not require immediate attention.
Low Priority -- those accessibility or design issues which may not expose you to legal liability, but may still pose a barrier to access to some users. Corrective actions for these issues may include suggestions for future redesign consideration that make the site more usable and accessible.
